Mark Erickson

Counselor, MS, LIMHP, LCPC, ATC, NBCC

In this fast-paced world with so many expectations to check every box and fulfill every duty as a manager, employee, student, athlete, or in your family, finding time to develop self can challenging. Taking care of our mind, body and spirit often falls to the waste-side to our ever-growing to-do list. I am here to help you see the value in investing in yourself, and how that investment can change your life and help you gain the competitive edge you have been missing.

I believe that in order to see growth, healing, accomplished goals, or increase in awareness, we must take a holistic approach. Licensed in both Sports Medicine and Clinical Counseling, with research in holistic wellness of athletics, I approach every client through this integrative lens in helping each client gain a competitive edge on their competition. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the challenges faced, both in keeping physically healthy but also mentally prepared. The mental side, often neglected, may be just the thing holding you back from reaching your full potential.

My passion is helping athletes, professionals, students, and anyone seeking a healthier mental outlook reach their potential and goals that they are seeking. I believe that mental health and mental training is just as critical as our physical training and hope to continue to reshape the counseling process through this integrative approach. Counseling is not just for fixing an “issue;” but a strategic move in gaining that competitive edge on whatever mountain you are currently climbing.
